Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp harissa paste
3 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Handful flat leaf parsley
1 tsp garam masala
Salt and pepper
Method
Take out a blender or food processor and add all your ingredients.
Blitz until smooth, you may need to add a dash of water if the mixture is still a little stiff.
Make sure the mixture is well seasoned with salt and pepper to your liking.
Put the hummus into a bowl, garnish with an extra drizzle of oil and some fresh parsley.
Serve with warm tortilla chips and enjoy!
