Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp harissa paste

  • 3 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Handful flat leaf parsley

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • Salt and pepper


Method

  1. Take out a blender or food processor and add all your ingredients.

  2. Blitz until smooth, you may need to add a dash of water if the mixture is still a little stiff.

  3. Make sure the mixture is well seasoned with salt and pepper to your liking.

  4. Put the hummus into a bowl, garnish with an extra drizzle of oil and some fresh parsley.

  5. Serve with warm tortilla chips and enjoy!
